………………………………..

I also wanted to point you towards a fun blog party I participated in in March. It was called Knitting and Crochet Blog Week. For one week you posted about a topic they planned for each day. It was a lot of fun! I was able to post some of my first projects when I started crocheting and other fun stuff. Here are my posts…

Day 1: A Tale of Two Yarns

Day 2: Skill + 1UP

Day 3. Tidy Mind- Tidy Stitches

Day 4: Where are they now?

Day 5: And now for something completely different

Day 6: Something to aspire you

Day 7: Your knitting and crochet time

I loved doing this! I hope they do another one this year

…………………………………..

Phew… what a year! I can’t believe all the finished projects I have made. I also can’t believe all the WIP projects I didn’t finish.

Winking smile

Going into 2012, I don’t really have a lot of specific goals. No big plans for the shop, no big projects in mind. Just some ideas floating around in my head and finishing some WIP projects. I do want to start knitting more. I hope to improve with my skills and maybe someday knit a pair of socks! For now I’ll stick to pot holders and a simple blanket, which I started last night. That may have been a mistake.

I also want to give a HUGE thank you to all of you awesome readers! I love reading all of your sweet comments and emails. The blogging community is amazing to me. I am thankful to be in such a creative and awesome community of crocheting, knitting and other creative things. You guys are the best! Maybe this year I can do some more giveaways.

In April 2012 I will have been crocheting for two years. I look forward to improving my skills and just learn more each time I pick up my hook. So here’s to another year full of crocheting, knitting and maybe some sewing!

  4. Impressive. All those projects look marvelous. I can't wait to see what else you create. You do an awesome job for only crocheting for less than 2 years. I'm jealous of your skills. ;-)

  10. Love your work, and I'm so glad I stumbled across your blog (your tunisian crochet tutorial was on Pinterest, where I found it). My question, if you have a chance to answer, is how do you connect the tunisian crochet blocks for your afghan. I'm making an afghan out of color blocks (tunisian stitch) as well, and I have no idea how to connect them once I get the amount I'll need for the blanket. Any advice??

    Thanks!

Shall appreciate it if you can let me know whether you sell your patterns.
