Here she is! Meet Annie…
I am so happy I was able to finish this little bunny for my daughter. She is so happy! She was sleeping with her before I could even embroider the face.
Cute little tail
Annie now joins her buddy Harriet the Hippo along with some other toys I made.
Harriet was the first knitted toy I made and I definitely see a difference in my work. I’m still not close to perfect but I am getting a better groove with these little guys. My next knitted animal may be this awesome giraffe. He’s quite the beast of a project but I think it would be fun.

I also wanted to show you a sneak peak of something random I decided to do. This is a Tunisian crochet wash cloth I am working on. The pattern is very easy! I have kind of been making it up as I go. I thought these colors were perfect for summer.
Have a great week everyone
Love those animals, you should sell new baby sets on etsy :)
ReplyDeleteLove your cute hippo and bunny and OMG that giraffe is sooo cute!
ReplyDeleteLove the washcloth colors too.
So cute! You can be proud of yourself.
ReplyDeleteI do love the Tunesian crochet as well, never did it myself, allthough I crochet everyday.
I'll put it on my wish list to learn this soon.
Best regards from Holland,
Nathaly
Such sweet toys :)
ReplyDeleteThe bunny is super sweet and cute...and so is the pink hippo ;-)
ReplyDeleteI knew that was the project to do next. It is so wonderful, my girls are always over the moon when I make them something. Glad you finished that WIP. Jo x
ReplyDeleteAnnie is adorable! I can't wait to see the giraffe. Can I put in my order for dishcloths?
ReplyDeletehiya...
ReplyDeletei was wondering how'd you do the tunisian stitch on the last pic on this post... where do you attach the white yarn? i tried making the same one, but i keep on alternating between the two colors. :( it turned out nice too though, but i also want to know how to do it to have your result, if you dont mind sharing. :) :) hugs, dee
