Hats for the fam

Last week my brother and niece came to visit! We all had a lot of fun together. Hailey loves playing with her cousin Sophia.

Early on in their visit, Sophia saw some of Hailey’s crocheted hats I had made. I asked if she wanted me to make her one. She was so excited and requested the plum purple yarn, which is her favorite color.

Sophia loved hers so much that she fell asleep with it on and wore it all day the next day.

My brother also requested a hat in Navy colors since he is a Navy man. I have to admit, I am not the best at making adult hats. I don’t know why but for some reason they always end up too big. Well I looked through my patterns and found one I think would work great. My brother liked it so I made it!
