Learning to knit was a long process for me. I seriously attempted at least three times before I finally got the hang of it. I am also far perfect. I can thank the lionbrand.com videos for teaching me and my mother-in-law Kathy for helping me when I got stuck! My first little knitted swatch has many little mistakes in there. But I am still proud of it!
I just did the basic Knit Stitch and next I am going to attempt the Purl Stich. Then I will stop there for awhile and just practice.
Again I am so excited I am getting the hang of it! There are a couple projects I would love to make. The first thing I will make is probably a scarf. Then I want to really try making this beautiful baby blanket!
